Christmas extended returns?
We offer 28 days return period, for any purchase from 1st December can be returned by the 10th January. Personalised & Engraved items are excluded from this clause.

Is the site safe?
We are a genuine UK family business and host our sites on secure servers. Payment is process via Worldpay & Paypal for strict security. Our company has no access to your financial data.

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, certainly but please allow 5 days for the payment to be cleared.

Delivery Times?
We aim to post all stocked orders same day if ordered by 1pm including engraved service. For handmade colour items and personalised service this is normally 2-3 days later. Please contact us before ordering if you wish to confirm stock.

Gift wrap & gift Message Service?
Sadly, we do not offer this service at this time. We can print any words on the delivery note or Invoice only.

My product is out of stock?
99% of items are held in stock, please contact us for an update or possible alternative.

Order cancellation?
We understand sometimes you wish to cancel an order, if the items are not dispatched we can offer a full refund and close the order. Please contact us by email to confirm this in writing. If the order is in transit you are responsible to return or refuse delivery. Cost of delivery or personalised products will be deducted from the credit.

Once the order is confirmed and posted you would need to submit a new order.

Order returns?
As per terms of service you have statutory rights to return catalogue items. Personalised & Engraved items are made to order and not possible.

Telephone orders possible?
We do not provide this service, but do offer limited phone support as shown and would be delighted to help you with any questions.

UK domestic delivery price?
As shown we use 2nd class post but do offer upgrades with special delivery or courier.

Upgrade my item from pouch to a box?
If you wish to enhance the product view our 100+ Engraved Keepsake Boxes within the collection. The box can hold one pair of cufflinks, tie clip, money clip, tie tacs, plectrum etc.

Delivery to UK & EU show VAT.

What if I miss delivery?
For domestic orders the default carrier is Royal Mail. If they cannot fit items in a letter box they will leave a card. Couriers will leave you a card to call and arrange follow up service.

What payment types can I use?
We process card payments with Worldpay. Paypal, cheque or bank payment is accepted.

Can I talk to someone?
Certainly, please use the number provided, we start at 6am so provide limited phone support but will monitor emails 7 days a week.

Can I track my order?
For courier service and special delivery yes. Second class post does not offer tracking but does have confirmation of delivery via Royal Mail.

Delivery error?
In the rare instance of delivery error, please report this to us by email or phone and our customer service team will resolve this for you swiftly.

Gift Box is a different colour?
At time of publication all data is correct, in some instances design or colour will be modified.

How to search for the product I want?
Simply use the search box on the web site this will navigate to help. If you are unable to find the product you need please email us or call to assist.

Not able to find what I am looking for?
Our collection has over 80,000 items, but we can product new works. Please email or call and if possible we can help you make it.

Unable to check out with the payment module?
We have no access to your bank details so would be unable to assist with this. We would suggest either direct bank payment or speaking with your card provider.

What is the product warranty?
All items are provided with 12-month product warranty on a fair use policy. We take extra steps to ensure the very best QA but appreciate in rare instances man made items can sadly fail. Should defective items be returned and found to be compromised or chemicals used, the warranty is void.

What postage services do you use?
Royal Mail for UK & UPS.

Will it fit through a letter box?
Standard orders will yes.

Can I bookmark favourites in my account?
Yes, our web site offers this option on all products.

How do I care for my product?
We offer a premium collection to last many years, for all metal work you can clean with a non-abrasive damp cloth. For specialist metal such as Sterling Silver a local jewellery shop offers small polishing cloths. Do not expose metals to soaps or chemical cleaners.

I have forgotten my password?
Simply press forgotten password to rest this with the follow up steps. Some emails will be in the spam box.

My connection was lost before payment?
If you have created an account and have items in your basket they will be stored to complete purchase later.

My sterling silver has no hallmarking?
By UK law any Sterling Silver 925 over 7.78gr will have hallmarking, below this weight we provide a quality stamp of 925.

Natural stone products appear different?
Red Jasper, Cornelian, Lapis, Pearl and other stones are from the earth. Being natural products we are not able to influence or control natural shades or stone texture except to polish and inlay them. We use our expertise to ensure the pairs match as well as possible.

The colour is different on my delivery?
Our collection is photographed accurately with professional photographer. This could be a simple issue with the display settings on your monitor or device. For personalised works, we use a chemical epoxy to seal the image and this will reflect some base tones.
Engraved Service

Can I engrave on the reverse side?
Sorry this is not possible.

Can I leave a review?
We would really appreciate a product review, simply sign into your account and enter a review.

Can I see a mock-up of the engraving with CGI?
This is not a standard service but if you are happy to pay a fee of £5 to cover staff time we can send you a mock up.

Can I use a different font from the one shown?
Majority of the collection offers three fonts; some items are font as shown only. If you wish a different from please contact us first this might be accommodated if possible.

Different Text for My Engraving on each cufflink?
Sorry we ask for same engraving on each for personalised orders.

Do you use any dye or colour?
No

How deep is the engraving?
Most Cufflinks & accessories are five microns plated. If you engrave too deeply the product is compromised. For Steel and Silver, we engrave deeper.

Monogrammed?
Some items display two letters overlapped. If you wish this and state monogrammed in the comment box we will use our expertise to engrave the two letters in this manner.

What is the Engraved Service?
On many products, we can hand engrave letters, dates, names, text or even small graphics on some items.

What size is the engraving?
Our team of engravers use their discretion. We always engrave to a professional standard to offer an elegant and classic finish to enhance the gift item.

Can I have two different photographs for the order?
This is possible for an extra fee, please contact us before you order.

Can I see a design proof for the photograph?
This is not currently possible the work is adhoc.

I can’t see where to upload my picture for the order?
Previous uploads contained virus documents so we ask all images to be emailed to phillip@aps-limited.co.uk confirming your order number.

Personalised photograph or logo how does this work?
As shown we offer a number of handmade personalised products, simply email us the image and we will use our design process to produce the design. Our team are not graphic designers we simply crop the image to best fit.
